Search India's 2002-era digitized electoral rolls. Fuzzy matching tolerates
OCR-era misspellings and transliteration differences — useful for SIR
(Special Intensive Revision) verification and general record lookup.
This search is taking a while — if the server has been idle, it can take up
to ~2 minutes to wake up. Later searches will be fast.
