Wall-clock time per search, tumbling daily windows. Qrs is queries
served; Cached is how many of those were served from the in-process
cache. Every column except Max excludes those cache hits (a warm hit is
near-zero and would otherwise measure the cache hit rate rather than
real search cost — it would drag p10 to almost nothing). Max keeps them
in: a near-zero sample never wins a max, so it's still the worst a
requester actually saw. Anything faster than 5ms shows as
<0.01 rather than rounding to nothing. p50 is the same
number as Median, listed so the percentile group reads on its own.
